A leading software provider for the Distribution Industry has announced the addition of an Integrated Digital Dashboard to the MDS Product
The Systems House, the leader in next-generation ERP software for distributors, today announced its new Executive Information System based on a Digital Dashboard design which offers a new level of proactive tools to users of its Master Distribution System.
Long known as the company that provides distributors with the complete ERP system in a single SQL compatible database, The Systems House has released a new method of using the database power to make proactive decisions achieving true business intelligence.

The Systems House menu system is now coupled with a library of graphic representations of their data together with Key Performance Indicators. Here are some examples of the new empowerment provided by The Systems House:
- Sales Managers: Immediately see how your sales people are doing against forecasts. Drill down to see details of weak performers. Review their key accounts and see if they are on top of their CRM follow-up system.
- Purchasing agents: See customer backorders that need attention as soon as they happen. Items with unusual demand, long lead time and other exceptions are brought to your attention. Purchase orders and other things that need expediting cannot be forgotten.
- Credit managers: When a customer order is on credit hold, see it immediately. The companies consolidated aging, DSO (days sales outstanding) and a CRM styled follow-up system are all displayed for your review.
- Warehouse managers: See workflow in advance. Too many purchase orders due in require immediate planning changes. Picking areas that need re-stocking from bulk are indicated. The value of inventory in cubes and dollars, percentage of warehouse utilization and more are also available.
- Customer service: Orders on hold for any reason are displayed for appropriate action. If you need a salesperson to provide pricing, their system will display that alert while yours will show how long you’ve waited. Notification if a customer has not been notified of a backorder that won’t be delivered on time.
- E-commerce & EDI: Immediately see the number of web and / or EDI orders; any pending inquiries; holds and more. And, since it’s all one SQL compliant database, easily access any data to help resolve issues and respond proactively.
