Implementation Specialist

Since 1979 The Systems House, Inc. (TSH) has been providing technology solutions for Distributors with a corporate focus on the Medical and Pharmaceutical Supply Chain .Our software system, MDS, is a complete ERP solution including modules to support the accounting, warehousing (wireless and traditional), purchasing, inventory, and order processing needs of client companies. Other modules include RemoteNet, our web based customer information system, CRM, and Document Management.

The Implementation Specialist is responsible for the full life cycle of a client company. This will include working with the sales department providing pre-sales support; meeting with the client to define system requirements; working with senior analysts to develop programming specifications; and guiding program modifications through to implementation. The Specialist is also responsible for the training of all levels of customer personnel in the proper use of the system.The ability to communicate to all levels is required. As our customers are located throughout the United States, some travel will be required.

The implementation specialist will supervise all aspects of the system installation at the client, and the ongoing relationship between our company and the client. 

Requirements for this position include:

      Ability to manage customer installations and to work with internal    TSH programming and support teams

      The successful candidate should be self-motivated, able to work with minimal supervision

      Have the ability to work under pressure and time constraints.

      The ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and make decisions autonomously

      Possess excellent verbal and written communication skills

      Knowledge of business operations, and how the computer functions within the business environment.

      Experience with Accounting and/or Distribution Software

      Good working knowledge of programming languages, operating system, utilities, and general testing techniques

      Familiarity with Windows, Microsoft Office applications, and other PC applications.

      Some out of town travel will be required.

      Occasionally be available for off-hours support.

Helpdesk/Customer Service

Since 1979 The Systems House, Inc. (TSH) has been providing responsive technology solutions for distributors and importers throughout the United States. Our fully integrated software program Master Distribution System (MDS) incorporates every phase of business activity. MDS modules include Executive Reporting, Purchasing, Importing, Inventory Management, Order Processing , EDI, Financials, Warehouse Management (wireless and paper based) E-commerce and Document Management.

The focus of this position will be to support our Application (MDS) and administer our helpdesk through in-person and phone support. Position will also involve on-site training of clients and some travel. Excellent communications skills are required. The candidate will also work in a liaison role between customers and programmers with regard to business application issues. This may include supporting accounting software, inventory and invoicing software, AP, AR, G/L and some financial applications.

Requirements for this position include:

        Ability to work as part of a team managing the  installation of a customer system.

        Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as the ability to work under pressure and time constraints.

        Knowledge of business requirements – how a business uses a computer system.

        Must have the ability to handle multiple tasks, work independently and make decisions autonomously

        Some out of town travel will be required.

        Occasionally must carry a company beeper/phone and be available for off-hours support.

Sales Trainee

The Systems House, a leading supplier of software for importers and distributors is seeking a trainee for our outside sales position. This is a salaried entry level position with benefits and 6-figure earnings potential as the Sales Trainee progresses to outside sales and then Senior Sales Rep. Starting salary is in the 30-40K range depending on background and experience. The company is seeking a bright, energetic individual, who is people-oriented for this position. During the training period you will:

• Accompany the sales manager on sales calls to learn our highly successful methods of solutions selling.
• Learn the product and its benefits to our clients.
• Visit existing clients to learn and understand their requirements and to sell additional modules.
• Obtain prospect lists.

 Telemarketing calls to obtain sales appointments.
• Other general sales and sales related administrative functions.

• Experience in distribution. A general understanding of how goods flow in and out of a distributor’s warehouse would be a big plus. Experience in either the office or warehouse portion of a distribution environment is desirable.

Programmer/ System Analyst

Openings exist for a Programmer/Systems Analyst, who will work with the Implementation Specialist and/or the MDS product manager to define system requirements, develop new applications for our MDS system, and/or customize MDS modules to meet the needs of individual clients. 

The ideal candidate should have a minimum of five years of experience in a computer vendor environment, with heavy emphasis on project managements and customer liaison skill sets. Requirements for this position include:
